1. Age and Health: Candidates must be between 5-15 years old and in good health. Parents must ensure that the candidate is not under any contract preventing participation and agree to indemnify the organizer against any related claims.

2. Parental Consent: Candidates can apply only with the approval of a parent or guardian. Parents and candidates must understand that the judge’s decision is final and binding.

3. Liability and Conduct: LIT Freedom Fashion organizers and sponsors are not liable for personal injury, damages, or changes in event rules or dates. Misconduct, false information, or failure to follow rules can lead to disqualification and forfeiture of awards.

4. Media and Promotion: Candidates and parents consent to the use of the candidate’s name, picture, voice, and photographs for promotional purposes. They waive the right to inspect or approve such materials, and agree to use #litfreedomfashion for related public posts.

5. By acknowledging these terms, parents and candidates agree to abide by all rules set forth by LIT Freedom Fashion organizers.

6. Winners of the competition are required to participate in a minimum of 8 hours of social service per month for a duration of one year, as part of the ‘Join with My Precious Life’ initiative.
