1. Age and Citizenship: Applicants must be over 18 years old of good moral character with no criminal record, and a bona fide Indian citizen with a valid Aadhaar card. OCI/NRI candidates can participate with valid documents.
2. No Conflicts and Financial Responsibilities: Applicants must not be under any contract that restricts participation and must cover their own travel, food, and accommodation expenses. Winners must also manage their travel and accommodation expenses for the event.
3. Health and Conduct: Applicants must be in good health, have no history of unethical or illegal activities, and must not have appeared in any explicit or vulgar videos. Misconduct or false information can lead to disqualification.
4. Participation and Commitment: Winners must sign a contract, be available for appearances, and follow all rules and guidelines. They must edit their social media bios as required and use #litfreedomfashion for public posts for at least 12 months.
5. Liability and Media Consent: LIT Freedom Fashion and sponsors are not liable for personal injuries, damages, or changes in event dates and rules. Applicants consent to the use of their name, picture, voice, and videos for promotional purposes. All decisions by the organizers are final.

and may be used for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.
· LIT Freedom Fashion organizers are not responsible for any delay or non-receipt of any application for any

· Once I submit the registration form, I understand that I will be contacted within 7 days.
· I agree to abide by all rules set forth by the organizers of LIT Freedom Fashion.
· I authorize LIT Freedom Fashion organizers to research and verify the information furnished by me during
the registration process.
· I understand that all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
· I agree to represent the brand positively and maintain good behavior throughout the pageant.
· I understand that any misconduct may result in disqualification and legal action.
· LIT Freedom Fashion organizers are not responsible for prizes promised by sponsors.
