T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N S
The applicant is required to meet all the clauses mentioned below. Please read all the clauses very carefully before applying for the competition. It is absolutely essential for the applicant to meet all the requirements mentioned below in order to participate.
- The candidate should have gone through depression and overcome it or fighting it and progressing forward
- The candidate must possess a good moral character and must not have been part of any unethical / illegal / inhuman activity or controversy in her past.
- The candidate must not have any criminal record.
- The applicant should be a bona fide Indian citizen having valid aadhar card. OCI / NRI candidates can also participate in the competition if they are able to produce valid and properly attested documents.
- The event expenses (travel, food and accommodation) will have to be borne by the participant.
- The candidate must agree that the judge’s decision is final.
- The candidate is required to inform the organizer regarding any state / national / international pageants that she has been part of prior to applying for LIT Mrs. India.
- The candidate must not have been part of any kind of softcore / mainstream pornographic videos.
- The candidate must not have appeared in any kind of explicit or vulgar videos.
- The candidate must be in proper health while applying for the competition.
- The candidate must not have indulged in any activity with any individual(s) that could bring disgrace / ignominy / bad name to the organization. If it was found that you did not meet all the requirements mentioned above after your selection, then the organization has complete right to disqualify you.
- LIT Freedom Fashion organization / sponsors / associates are not responsible, accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damages / compensation, etc. on account of any event, incident, cancellation / change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.
- If you win the competition, then you are required to follow all the rules and guidelines issued by the LIT Freedom Fashion organization. If you failed to follow any of those guidelines, then you would be dethroned and be replaced by another candidate.
- Candidates irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by LIT Freedom Fashion Organizers its authorized representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, customers and assigns of the name, picture, voice or photographs, etc. of the candidate and/ or with a group for advertising purpose or purposes of promotion, trade, press release or motion picture etc. she waives the right to inspect or approve such competed pictures, advertising, videos used in connection thereof and the decision of organizer shall be final.
- Candidates understand and agree that if he/ she would be the LIT Crown winner, he/she will be required to sign a contract with the organizer. she must be available any and all personal appearances at all scheduled events throughout the reign. Candidate further understands that the inability to fulfil the contract may result in the forfeiture of the title and all prizes must be returned and shall be liable for any loss /damage that be suffered by LIT Freedom Fashion organizers. Their successor will take their place for the remainder of the year.
- Spokesperson for the Cause: (Fight against Depression) : The LIT Crown winner must be a vocal advocate for the cause you represented during the competition, which is the fight against depression whenever you are provided with an opportunity. Your role as “LIT Crown” includes being a strong ambassador for raising awareness about depression and advocating for its prevention.
- Participation in Charity Events by My Precious Life, Belle Events and Freedom Fashion: The LIT Crown should be prepared and willing to participate in any charity events or initiatives related to the cause of creating awareness of mental health and depression organized by My Precious Life and Freedom Fashion.
- Reputation of LIT Crown : The continued possession of the “LIT Crown” title is contingent upon maintaining a conduct that upholds the integrity and reputation of this esteemed title and the organizations associated with it (My Precious life, GDMR Foundation).
- Protecting the Reputation of Organizations: The title winners should refrain from engaging in any actions or behaviors that could negatively impact the reputation of the organizers. Your conduct and public image should always reflect positively on these organizations.
- The applicant agrees to abide by all rules as may be changed from time to time by the organizers and shall raise no objection whatsoever.
- The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the training program as per the schedule that will be given to them and participate in all the rehearsals. Any decision taken in this regard by LIT Freedom Fashion Organizers shall be final.
- The Organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever if sponsors do not make well the prizes promised by them.
- LIT Freedom Fashion Organizers are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at her own risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any account against LIT Freedom Fashion Organizers.
- Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after the finals and the Candidate shall be liable to the LIT Freedom Fashion Organizers for such misrepresentation.
- Any dispute or differences arising in relation to or in connection with the pageant shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Gurgaon, Haryana only.
- The applicant needs to edit bio on all social media platforms as per organization demand and use #litfreedomfashion for the post you make in public (applicable to the winner & subtitle winner) for a duration of minimum atleast 12 months.
- The applicant need should have never been involved in any criminal or non criminal activity that resulted in a police case, active file against them in jail, or conviction by a court of law. Failure to disclose such information will result in immediate disqualification.
- LIT India organizer, and sponsors are not responsible, accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damages / compensation, etc on account of any event, incident, cancellation / change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.
I, the undersigned applicant, hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the
terms and conditions outlined above by LIT Freedom Fashion organizers.
Furthermore, I consent to the unrestricted use of my name, picture, voice, or photographs by LIT Freedom
Fashion organizers for promotional purposes.

Exciting Opportunity to Shine as LIT Elegance!
1. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be male or Female, above 60 years of age, and a bona fide Indian citizen with a valid Aadhaar card.
Participants must be of sound health and good moral character.
Candidates must not be bound by any contract (e.g., talent, employment, agency, management) that would interfere with their participation.
A valid passport is highly recommended for potential international opportunities.
2. Social Responsibility Commitment
Winners must dedicate a minimum of 8 hours per month for one year to charity and community service through the ‘Join with My Precious Life’ initiative.
During this period, winners must tag and collaborate with both @litfreedomfashion and @mypreciouslifeofficial on all social media posts related to the charity work and the pageant.
3. Event Participation & Rehearsals
If shortlisted as a finalist:
You must attend all virtual grooming sessions and 2-day live rehearsals without delay or absence.
You must arrive on time and participate fully in every scheduled event.
Candidates will be monitored and evaluated continuously from the time of selection until the final ramp walk.
4. Expenses and Attire
All participants must bear their own expenses, including travel, food, accommodation, and registration.
Dress, makeup, and hairstyling are the sole responsibility of the candidate.
If selected for Legacy International Pageant in the USA, travel, visa, insurance, and stay will be at the participant’s own cost.
5. Greenroom & Event Access
One support person may accompany each finalist into the greenroom after prior written approval.
Any accompanying guest must purchase an event ticket through official channels. No free or unauthorized entry will be permitted.
6. Media Rights & Publicity
All media (photos, videos, interviews, reels, and behind-the-scenes content) captured during the competition are the property of LIT Freedom Fashion.
Candidates grant unrestricted, irrevocable permission to LIT Freedom Fashion and My Precious Life to use their name, voice, image, and likeness for promotional, commercial, or advertising purposes across all platforms.
Winners are required to update their social media bios as requested and use the hashtag #litfreedomfashion for a minimum of 12 months.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior throughout their association with LIT Freedom Fashion.
Any misconduct, breach of rules, false information, or disrespect toward organizers, mentors, or fellow contestants may result in immediate disqualification and legal consequences.
Winners are expected to represent the LIT Mr. Bharat title with dignity, and positively uphold the reputation of the brand throughout their reigning term.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
LIT Freedom Fashion, My Precious Life, and their sponsors shall not be held responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the pageant.
Organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event without prior notice.
Judges’ decisions are final and binding. No correspondence regarding scores, rankings, or results will be entertained.
Organizers are not responsible for delayed or lost applications, or for promises made by third-party sponsors.
9. Fees and Refunds
All registration and participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
By applying for LIT Mr. Bharat, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions listed above. I commit to upholding the values of LIT Freedom Fashion and My Precious Life, and I am aware that any breach of these terms can result in disqualification.
As an applicant, I agree to the terms and conditions laid down above by LIT Freedom Fashion organizers:
. Winners of the competition are required to participate in a minimum of 8 hours of social service per month for a duration of one year, as part of the ‘Join with My Precious Life’ initiative.
· I understand that all photos and videos taken during the pageant are the property of LIT Freedom Fashion
and may be used for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.
· LIT Freedom Fashion organizers are not responsible for any delay or non-receipt of any application for any
reason.
· Once I submit the registration form, I understand that I will be contacted within 7 days.
· I agree to abide by all rules set forth by the organizers of LIT Freedom Fashion.
· I authorize LIT Freedom Fashion organizers to research and verify the information furnished by me during
the registration process.
· I understand that all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
· I agree to represent the brand positively and maintain good behavior throughout the pageant.
· I understand that any misconduct may result in disqualification and legal action.
· LIT Freedom Fashion organizers are not responsible for prizes promised by sponsors.
