Exciting Opportunity to Shine as Mr Bharat!
1. Age, Citizenship, and Character: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, of good moral character and health, and a bona fide Indian citizen with a valid Aadhaar card. They must not be under any contract preventing participation and must indemnify the organizer against any claims
2. Expenses and Responsibilities: Participants must bear all audition and event-related expenses. Winners are responsible for their travel, stay, and other expenses for the event.
3. Liability and Decision Finality: LIT Freedom Fashion and sponsors are not liable for personal injuries, damages, or changes in rules and event dates. The judges’ decisions are final, and incorrect information or misconduct can lead to disqualification.
4. Media and Promotion: Candidates must consent to the unrestricted use of their name, picture, voice, and videos by LIT Freedom Fashion for promotional purposes. Winners must edit their social media bios as required and use #litfreedomfashion for at least 12 months.
5. Obligations and Conduct: Winners must be available for appearances, and fulfill obligations throughout their reign to avoid the risk of forfeiting their title and prizes. Participants must adhere to all rules, participate diligently in training and rehearsals, and maintain good behavior.

and may be used for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.
