1. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be bona fide Indian citizens with valid Aadhaar cards.
Mr. Bharat: Male, 18-49 years
Ms. Bharat: Female, 18-49 years
Junior Bharat: Boys and girls, 5–18 years (with parental consent)
LIT Elegance: Male or Female, 50+ years
Candidates must be in sound health and good moral character.
Must not be under any contract (e.g., employment, talent) conflicting with participation.
A valid passport is recommended for potential international opportunities.
2. Social Responsibility Commitment
Winners must contribute a minimum of 8 hours per month for one year to charity via the ‘Join with My Precious Life’ initiative.
All related social media activity must tag @litfreedomfashion and @mypreciouslifeofficial and use the hashtag #litfreedomfashion.
3. Participation & Rehearsals
Finalists must attend:
- All virtual grooming sessions
- Mandatory 2-day live rehearsals
- All scheduled events punctually
Behavior and performance will be evaluated throughout the event.
4. Expenses and Attire
All personal expenses including travel, accommodation, registration, makeup, and attire must be borne by participants.
Selected international candidates (e.g., Legacy International USA) must fund their own travel, visa, insurance, and stay.
5. Greenroom & Event Access
One support person may be allowed in the greenroom (pre-approved in writing).
All attendees, including guests, must purchase tickets through official channels.
6. Media Rights & Publicity
All media captured during the event (photos, reels, BTS, interviews) are the sole property of LIT Freedom Fashion.
Candidates grant irrevocable permission to use their name, image, and voice for all promotional purposes across any medium.
Social media bios must be updated as instructed for 12 months post-event.
I acknowledge that all media files (including images and videos) uploaded as part of my registration may be used by LIT Bharat for promotional, editorial, and publicity purposes across any platform, without additional consent or compensation.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants must uphold discipline, punctuality, and respectful conduct at all times.
Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or disrespect will result in disqualification and may involve legal action.
Winners are expected to honor their titles and represent LIT Freedom Fashion with dignity.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
LIT Freedom Fashion, My Precious Life, and sponsors are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages.
Organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event without notice.
Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
9. Fees and Refunds
All registration and participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
10. Additional Declarations
By applying:
- I understand that I’ll be contacted within 7 days of registration.
- I authorize verification of all provided information.
- I understand that any photos/videos taken are LIT Freedom Fashion’s property.
- I agree to behave respectfully, promote the brand positively, and acknowledge legal consequences in case of rule violations.
- I understand organizers are not liable for delayed applications or sponsor commitments.

11. Payment Terms & Conditions
- A participant registration fee of ₹1499 must be paid after submitting the registration form. This fee is separate from any ticket purchases.
- All ticket payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Ensure you select the correct ticket category: Runway Royal (₹2999), Runway Premier (₹1499), or .
- Your registration will be confirmed only after successful payment. Please retain your payment confirmation for verification.
- Tickets cannot be changed or transferred without written approval from the organizers.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or terms if necessary.
- Your payment and registration information will be used solely for event purposes and kept confidential.
- Registration fees is non refundable and registration does not guarantee selection to finals
- Payment of the registration fee secures your audition slot; however, it does not guarantee selection or the awarding of any prize.
- By submitting the form, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
