T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N S
Exciting Opportunity to Shine as Miss Bharat!
1. Age and Citizenship: Applicants must be at least 16 years old, and bona fide Indian citizens with valid passports. OCI/NRI candidates can also participate with valid documents.
2. Marital Status and Character: Applicants must be unmarried, never have been married, and must not plan to marry or get engaged within one year of the national final. They must possess good moral character and have no criminal record or involvement in unethical or illegal activities.
3. Health and Appearance: Applicants must be in good health, disclose any cosmetic surgeries or tattoos, and must not have participated in nude or vulgar photoshoots or videos.
4. Participation and Obligations: Candidates must not be under any contract with modeling agencies, must not have represented another country in any contest, and must bear all personal expenses. Winners must sign a contract with LIT Freedom Fashion and adhere to all rules and guidelines.
5. Liability and Conduct: LIT Freedom Fashion is not responsible for personal injuries or damages, and all decisions by the judges are final. Misconduct, false information, or failure to abide by rules can lead to disqualification and legal action.
6. Legacy International Pageant: The winner of the LIT Miss Bharat title will automatically be shortlisted to represent India at the international Legacy Pageant in Las Vegas, USA. Assistance with travel arrangements will be provided, but contestants must have a valid passport.

and may be used for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.
· LIT Freedom Fashion organizers are not responsible for any delay or non-receipt of any application for any
reason.
· I agree to abide by all rules set forth by the organizers of LIT Freedom Fashion.
· I authorize LIT Freedom Fashion organizers to research and verify the information furnished by me during
the registration process.
· I understand that all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
· I agree to represent the brand positively and maintain good behavior throughout the pageant.
· I understand that any misconduct may result in disqualification and legal action.
· LIT Freedom Fashion organizers are not responsible for prizes promised by sponsors.
